On the basis of a CFRP component, visitors to the fair can see a complete machining process - from CAD/CAM to milling and quality evaluation. The exchange of process data during milling and quality assurance data makes it possible to intervene in the machining process in the event of deviations from specified production, quality or threshold values.

Interfaces between individual production stations are often the bottleneck and source of errors in production. The Automated Sorting and Kitting System (ASK) developed by Broetje-Automation makes it possible to eliminate this interface in the processing of composite blanks.
