In addition to stand rental costs other costs for the marketing package (including catalogue entry, internet lump sum and advertising material, see "Special Exhibition Terms and Conditions") 820,- EUR, extras lump sum 19,50,- EUR/sqm, application fee 69,- EUR and AUMA contribution 0,60,- EUR/sqm do apply (all prices plus legal VAT).

If you provide us with a proof of your own liability insurance with corresponding term and coverage we will be able to take off the insurance of your account.

All technical services you order with the Online Service Center will be invoiced seperatly and sometimes even after the trade fair.

Each exhibitor receives a fixed amount of free exhibitor passes valid for 09.-11. October 2012, according to the amount of their square meters. Please have a look at the chart below to see how many passes your company gets free of charge. All further exhibitors passes will be invoiced (33,62 EUR plus legal VAT). Personalisation and order tickets will be possible from 01.03.2012 onwards in the Online Service Center.

During the stand construction and dismantling period no passes are needed.

From 01.03.2012 onwards you will find all order forms regarding marketing, organisation, your appearance at the show and stand construction and services, etc in our Online Service Center (https://www.reedexpo-service.com). There you will also find important dates and facts concerning the trade fair as well as information about the exhibition centre. You receive your Login data from 01.03.2012 after your application for COMPOSITES EUROPE via e-mail.

Construction times:

Begin: Saturday, 6^th October 2012, 8.00 a.m.

The construction has to be finished on Monday, 8^th October 2012, 05.00 p.m., so that prober cleaning can be ensured before the show opening. Stand construction works within your own stand space are still possible though.

Dismantling times:

General dismantling starts one hour before the trade fair end, 07.00 p.m. and has to be finished until 12^th October 2012, 6.00 p.m.

Maximum construction height for stand buildings and advertising supports shall be 8,00m, the maximum construction height for exhibits 14,50m. Advertising directed at neighbouring stands must respect a minimum distance of 3 metres. The stand boundaries specified to the Exhibitor should not be exceeded. It is only permissible to exceed the prescribed structural height of 2.50 m with the express approval of the Organiser who can issue the permit at its own discretion and also subject to the express approval of the bordering exhibitors. Stand walls over 4 metres high must be stable up to a dynamic pressure of 0.125 kN/square metre. A permission is required for all individual stand construction. These are available in the Online Service Center from 01.03.2012. There you will also find the Technical Guidelines of the fairgrond in Düsseldorf as well as an overview af all important stand construction guideline
