AVK Conference / N-FibreBase Congress

11th International AVK Conference

22-23 September 2008, Congress Center Essen, Germany

The AVK Conference from marks the beginning of the COMPOSITES EUROPE trade show taking place at the Essen trade fair centre. Industry and academic experts will present the state of the art in the field of reinforced plastics / composites with a special focus on automotive, building, electrical engineering, shipbuilding and leisure time industries.
In 2008 the AVK – German Federation of Reinforced Plastics expects more than 500 conference participants. AVK Conference participants are entitled to a free entry to COMPOSITES EUROPE 2008.

6th N-FibreBase Congress

For the first time, the Biomaterial Congress will be held in the course of the annual AVK Conference at COMPOSITES EUROPE 2008.
Biomaterials are based on renewable raw materials such as flax, hemp or wood but also cork or grass. Presently, they are making their way from research to the market. The possibilities, products and trends are topics of the 6th N-FibreBase Congress.
Due to the access to the annual AVK Conference in the context of COMPOSITES EUROPE especially the ambassadors of the industry will be addressed.
