Construction and dismantling time

Stand construction
Beginning: Saturday, 20 September 2008, 8.00 am. The stand construction must be completed by Monday, September 22, 2008, 5.00pm so that proper cleaning is possible before inauguration.

Stand disassembly
At the completion of the exhibition, it is recommended to remove valuable, sensitive and slightly mobile exhibits from the stand. The general disassembly begins an hour after exhibition end and must be concluded by 26 September 2008, 6.00 pm.

Maximum construction height?

All stands with a construction height exceeding 2.50 m are subject to approval. Maximum construction height for the halls 10, 11, 12 is 6,00 m. Boundary zone: Stands immediately bordering on a neighbouring stand and exceeding a construction height of 2.50 m are required to observe a distance of 3.00m from their own stand boundary line. This requirement can be waived if a written permission from the holder of the neighbouring stand is presented.

Suspensions and supply channels

Please contact Mr Oppallach of Messe Essen at klaus.oppallach@messe-essen.de to get technical plans of your stand, where the suspension points as well as supply channels are indicated.

Extra passes during the construction and dismantling days

No extra passes are necessary during the construction and dismantling days.
