HELD Technologie GmbH designs and manufactures customer specific presses and pressing plants specializing in isobaric Double Belt Presses (DBPs) with continuous throughout. World-wide first isobaric DBP brought to market in 1975. Different kind of materials can be laminated, consolidated or stabilized in a flexible way with our isobaric Double Belt Presses.
Achievements pioneered by HELD:
- World-wide first isobaric Double Belt Press.
- World-wide first high-pressure Double Belt Press to provide a heating temperature of 400 °C (750 °F).
- World-wide first isobaric high-speed Double Belt Press to provide a production speed of 48 m/min (160 ft/min).
- High-performance Double Belt Presses with heating and cooling under maintained pressure.
The HELD Technology Park offers three production size isobaric, high-performance Double Belt Presses to the customer, which can be hired for development tasks or production runs. Herewith new materials can be developed, processes can be optimized or products can be produced economically.
