Dutch Thermoplastic Components is a moulding company specialized in advanced thermoplastic composites and with over 10 years of experience in press forming continuous reinforced thermoplastics. DTC is today supplying thousands of structural parts for A350, B787 and several other new aircraft programms. With our moulding cycle of just minutes, we are also equipped for mass production applications outside aerospace. We mould all thermoplastic composites from self reinforced PP and PE up to PEEK, PPS and PEKK based materials. Recent developments include press forming profiles up to 3 meter and forming of variable thickness parts (continuous reinforced).
