c2i designs and produces advanced carbon-fibre and glass-fibre parts. We also offer carbon-fibre and aluminium tooling of up to 3 x 6 m.

We produce automotive carbon-fibre exterior and interior design parts such as spoilers, splitters, mirror covers, dash-boards, seats etc.

We also produce structural parts for automotive, motorsports, wind turbines, medical and satellite communication.

Production technologies: Prepreg/Autoclave, RTM, Resin Infusion, Press-Moulding, Bladder Moulding.

We have a new paint facility of 1,400 m2.

Equipment: 3 autoclaves up to 3 x 6 m, 5 CNC milling machines up to 5-axis 6 x 3 x 1.5 m (x,y,z), CMM Carl Zeiss 3 x 2 m, RTM presses, Lectra etc. Engineering parts development and tooling design using CATIA V5.
