Exhibitors of the COMPOSITES EUROPE are welcome to submit their papers for topic specific workshops in the COMPOSITES Forum and to sponsor the forum in order to add value to their show participation.

 

 

Exhibitors, why should you participate?

• With a presentation in one of the specific workshops you will reach a target group that you might miss at your booth.
• You set yourself apart from your competitors by presenting your innovations, a specific product or a successful method to the interested audience for 30 minutes.
• You take advantage of all pre-show communications regarding the international promotion of the COMPOSITES Forum programme.

 

 

The offer:

Participation fee − without sponsoring services
Early bird discount with submission until 5 April:      410,- € plus VAT. per presentation slot
With submission from 6 April on:                           510,- € plus VAT. per presentation slot
A discount of 25% will be provided for universities.

 

 

Participation – with premium sponsoring package (exclusive for one exhibitor)

• Two presentations within the workshops
• Logo on a banner next to the presentation screen (top position)
• Display of flyers or give-aways on every seat in the forum
• Logo on the programme board as well as in all printed brochures (pocket floor plan, show catalogue) and online platforms regarding the forum

2,500.- € plus V.A.T.

 

 

Participation – with basic sponsoring package

• Presentation in one workshops
• Logo on a banner next to the presentation screen (below premium sponsor)
• Logo (below premium sponsor) on the programme board  as well as in all printed brochures (packet floorplan, show catalogue) and the online platforms regarding the workshop

1,700.- € plus V.A.T.
