Exhibitors of the COMPOSITES EUROPE 2010 are welcome to submit their papers for topic specific workshops in the COMPOSITES Forum and to sponsor the forum in order to add value to their show participation.

Why should you participate?

With a presentation in one of the specific workshops you will reach a target group that you might miss at your booth.
You set yourself apart from your competitors by presenting your innovations, a specific product or a successful method to the interested audience for 30 minutes.
You take advantage of all pre-show communications regarding the international promotion of the COMPOSITES Forum programme.

The offer:

Participation fee - without sponsoring services

With submission by 31 May: 395,- € plus VAT. per presentation slot
With submission from 01 June on: 495,- € plus VAT. per presentation slot

Participation - with premium sponsoring package (exclusive)

Two presentations in two different workshops of the forum
Logo on a banner next to the presentation screen (top position)
Logo on the fascia above the entry to the forum
Display of flyers or give-aways on every seat in the forum
Logo on the programme board as well as in all printed brochures and online platforms regarding the forum

2,400.- € plus V.A.T.

1,600.- € plus V.A.T.

A participation fee only applies after the lecture was chosen by the organiser and the participation was confirmed once again by the applicant. The submission of papers is non-binding and free of charge.
